We started Prairie Wolf Bakery with a dream - to build a farm to table bed and breakfast - with a bakery of course. Utilizing our family farm, we started on our journey of creation. We connected with our community by attending local farmers markets, and we quickly found our niche. Follow along as we make our dream a reality! We can't wait to share our journey with you.
At Prairie Wolf Bakery, we aim to have something for everyone. We focus on local first, using ingredients that we have grown ourselves, or from our farmer friends. Utilizing what grows with the Manitoba seasons gives us ample room for creation, and the opportunity to play with flavours. Many of our flavours change with the seasons. We make everything from scratch, and incorporate sourdough into everything we can. We believe quality ingredients speak for themselves.
